Thanks for this great video! How can you go back and edit meds that were previously programed in the pump? How do you add or take away meds from the published list? Thanks!

Thank you so much for the feedback! Regarding your questions, you can only modify a “worksheet”. Once a drug library is published, you are unable to make any changes. Simply go into your DL and make a “copy” of your published library. This will allow you to go in and make the needed changes. Once complete, simply upload the new library into your pump. For obvious reasons, you can only have one drug library loaded onto a pump at a time.
If you have any other questions, feel free to respond here or reach out to our clinical specialist Trent at tharris@mmemed.com !

Is there a way to program a medication to do volume over time, such as for Amiodarone to run at 150mg/100ml over 10 minutes, and set that up in the library?

Yes! The Sapphire has a very robust drug library capable of multiple different programmable delivery scenarios

The admin who rolled out our Sapphire pumps is no longer with our company. Is there a way to import the drug library from the infusion pump or will we have to start from scratch?

Lauren, sorry you are having issues. If you email our Clinical Specialist Trent Harris at tharris@mmemed.com, he will get you set up with a solution. There's a possibility the device will need to obtain new permissions and he wants to troubleshoot directly. Thanks!
