Well the gladiator aspect makes sense, in that gladiators would be fighting in the sands on a regular basis, so plenty of sun. The way you do flesh is pretty much identical to mine, right down to the watered fleshshade to darken and blend. As always a great job!
Loving this series Andy. I hope we'll get some more on the Death Guard and Thousand Sons, then hopefully soon enough we'll get the Emperor's Children Can't wait to see the tank :)
Ye il actually thinking of getting more down for those other legions soon now. People really like them. And yes I’m excited to see how the tank turns out.
These are awesome, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't ever do CSM, because that level of detail with tremors, yeah.... I can't wait to see the new 'Nids drop.
Nah, you can do it, Chaos has so many models you can choose from. Convert some loyalists, with no trim. Or just do Death Guard/Nurgle/Rust/Messy marines. They're always such fun to play around with
Hey @Mediocre Hobbies I love the way you paint, but I've got a question about how you prime. I cannot see the black first primer coat. Is there something that the video does not pickup that the physical model shows? Would it be quicker/cheaper to just do the grey seer only? Thanks!
Thanks man! I always spray all my models with a full undercoat of black primer and then the grey seer goes on over it in a much lighter spray from above to highlight the light and dark areas of the model. You can just use grey seer in one coat but then it’s not adding shadows and light to the model so some parts will look sightly different. I hope this makes sense?
All kinds of different videos. Alternate schemes and extra characters. Plus it can be voted on by the patreons as to what video so they all wanted me to do a bust so that will be a video soon.
Hey thanks for ur video, i m just begining a World eaters army for christmas and i ll follow your schema, but do you think it s better with the nuln oil or with the berserker bloodshade ? Thanks again from France 👌🏻
with your priming technique, the can zenithal, is it a solid black prime then just a dusting of grey seer? i feel like im putting too much grey seer on maybe
Loving the World Eaters series you’ve been doing
Thanks so much, just one video left now! 🙌
Bro I basically use all of your techniques for all of my miniatures for 40K. So nice just to get stuff done and on the table.
Very happy to hear that pal.
Nothing mediocre about these minis, great work my dude! I'm looking forward to be able to paint some angry dudes myself real soon.
They are epic. And I’m glad you liked them.

Yeah they’d have a pretty nice tan! Oh sweet, must be doing something right then 😄 thanks so much!
As I’m working on some exalted and standard eightbound this was a godsend to see
Glad it helped pal.

Khorne want's it
Glad to hear pal.
Great paint job there brother I have built these models on my channel and I do love these guys
I’ve seen. And yes there amazing.
Looks awesome.
Cheers pal.
I was gonna ask why Flesh Tears v Berserker Bloodshade and realized it probably came out after.

@Turban Cat Mccoy lol too many DG players in my area. Otherwise I'd consider it. But I still have my LoV box to assemble after I finish the nids
There are ways around everything if you ever do want to do Them and want advice on how to do it with tremors I will do what I can to help.
@@MediocreHobbies I actually use the tremors to my advantage with painting 'Nids. It makes the chitin striations look more 'organic'

@@MediocreHobbies makes sense thanks! I will give it a try
Class guide as always, have you done a guide for the lord invocatus?
Thanks so much! I chose to build the unnamed lord of khorne on juggernaut from that box so it’s a similar tutorial! Posted it on Saturday!
I’m thinking about the patreon, what factions are primarily featured on it?
All kinds of different videos. Alternate schemes and extra characters. Plus it can be voted on by the patreons as to what video so they all wanted me to do a bust so that will be a video soon.
@@MediocreHobbies One question, would the army painter grey primer work as a substitute for grey seer in the zenithal? Or is it too dark.

I prefer the rageshade

Yeah the black is a solid coat, and the grey seer is a dusting from above.

@@MediocreHobbies i knew id seen it before but i couldnt find it, forgot it was a short. thanks!
I'm starting a word bearers army. Would you use the same recipe for the armor for them?
No it would be to bright of them. Check out my Hersey playlist. I have done a word bearer in there. Let me know if you like that.
Did you use nulin oil on the weapons as well?
All shades are used all over unless otherwise specified!

Hell yeah
That’s so kind pal. Thank you.
