Best video I have seen on the creative process..subscribed...as an artist since 1973 this video made me want to go out and find new subject material..thankyou!!
I enjoyed your video so much. In just seven minutes, you show what one can do with this camera, changing the angles, and of course the black and white preset. I bought the TZ 80 last year - the very last one on Amazon and it was shipped from UK. As I am a complete newbie, I was not sure, if I had taken the right decision, but videos like yours are encouraging just to take your camera with you and try out new things. Thanks also for sharing your review!
Only problem I have had with mine, and it is a very irritating problem,is that the movie button is way too close to on/off button and gets pressed constantly by mistake.
Thanks for the video, Barry. Interesting. I had a TZ25 from new. I take it everywhere, on a shoot, on a drive, on a family event. It is the family hack. This year it's been to Japan and is currently en route to the border between France and Spain, on both occasions in the hand of my children. It's got a few knocks and a scratch, but in 12 or more years of being crammed into pockets, glove lockers, or just being held in the hand, that's good going. Best value for money camera I've ever bought, I remember, I bought it new. You say it spot on: bargain.
@@BarryMountford Ah that’s a shame, sorry you won’t be there this time around. Might have a couple of jobs up your way in the new year, so it’d be great to catch up over a pint.
Great little camera which i use myself. The only thing i dislike about it is the 25/50fps Videomodes in the European version. I would prefer 30fps /(or 60) ... Maybe anyone know if there is a secret way to switch over to 30fps?
What a bargain camera, superb images. I've had one since they were released, it's been my prime camera ever since. I've added your channel, hopefully you'll connect with another retro camera photographer 📸

I've never hit the 'like' button faster. Positivity overload!
Thanks so much 🙏🏻

Yeah that is very frustrating! I’ve hit the record button many times when taking an image.

Absolutely loved the style and the images in this Barry, top drawer.
Are you at the photo show in March 2024?
Thanks man appreciate that! No unfortunately I can’t commit to the dates for the photography show, disappointed but hope you guys have a fab time.

Extremely hard to find now in Australia and priced very high too.
Nice wee camera, superb images, very creative.
Looking forward to your review, I have a TZ35 but it doesn’t have an EVF ☹️
Might have to upgrade… 🤔
Well of course it doesn't because it's old. Don't you have the skills to use an OVF?
Thanks, yeah it is very handy having the evf, this little gem has surprised me.
Does it take black and white photos? Or you edited it ?
I have it set up to shoot black and white JPEG’s and Raw so I have both files, the black and white images are straight out of camera.
thanks

HA,broken ones are going for almost $100 on Ebay. I was lucky just to FIND ONE at $150. But I must say,It's an IMPRESSIVE Camera
I'm sure the pictures look great but the video on here is only 360p!
it must still be processing.
Bought a faulty one, should see if I can get it repaired
Worth looking into as it’s a great little camera

Easily $200 to $300 now every day on Ebay. I own one. Still like my Canon cameras better though
