OMG I laughed all the way threw this video! Your like a kid with a new toy when your not in the excavator. Your enthusiasm and singing abilities kept us entertained!! 💞💞💞💞
I drove one right through a town ( only once as I was delivering it to a cutpomer ) it was a 1975 General Motors TEREX model 3305 ( I seem to remember that was the model number), and like Chris, I got more than a few weird looks from passing drivers too I can assure you. I'd love to be able to do that again!
Drove semi for 25 years and the closest I got to what Chris is doing is one place I worked I ran a 35 yard end dump and had to load myself. The company had one wheel loader and three different sites that we had use it at. It was a John Deere 644 with a 4 yard bucket. So if I had to go out to the compost yard or the peat bog I drove the loader out first. Some of it was just going up the shoulder of the highway for a couple miles and then dirt roads but one place I had to run right up the traffic Lanes with everybody doing their damnedest to get around me and smash into something. As long as I had a slow-moving vehicle sign on the back and at least one light showing to the rear it was perfectly legal. That thing had all the lights and turn signals that you would need for a street legal vehicle anyways. But fond memories
I'm a retired truck driver and that was funny I have done that same thing before I liked you talking to your truck and the people on the road that was funny
I don't know how I missed this video, but it has to be one of you best Chris! I was hoping you could have seen someone in their lifted pickup to honk at!
Man that was a "Stevey" driving job at best. Wade would be proud. Nice to be able to save a few buck's on transport cost and we got the humor of a road trip
“ B A M “ ... Trash cans, “ B A M “ ... FedEx... 😂 I Sure do Miss the backroads of NC, but that stop 🛑 at 8:24 🕘 reminds me of WHY we left the Cary, Raleigh area, in 2003, to many people per square foot 🦶 Nonetheless, we really like the the country roads in the Backwoods of N. Floow’da too. 👍✅😎
East bound and down...loaded up and trucking...we gone do what they say can't be done, we've got a long way to go but a short time to get there,, so just sit right down and watch ol Christopher Run... I just ran across this ol video Chris. LoL I love it! You should put this one on TicToc.
I had a grille on my old Canyon. I miss it, cuz now I’m paranoid someone is going to plow into me. They all stayed clear when i had the old truck! “I would say “go ahead, make my day! Hit me!. No one took me up on it. 😉
And a short time to get there, now watch ol yeller run ! 😊 Those cars was about to run plum off the road to get outa the way ! 😁 Thanks for sharing and take care. 👍
Them trucks are a blast to drive , they go bout anywhere , the bed can ture over and the cab with u in it stays up right its cool when it happens, I drove a 25D for a while it was fun seein just what they would do and go
Evasive action 🤣🤣. This was a full on video went for a ride got to listen to some singing watch a 18 wheeler buzz past you then evasive action 😂 Great Video 💯
Kudos to you , you did the quick, safe and cheap way! On our moving days, the bulldozers, excavators, steel rollers, etc. were loaded on the lowboys. Wheel loaders, backhoes and graders were sent down the road on their on.....if it could be done in 3.5 hrs. or less! 'Rubber tire roading' is safe, as cheap or less and as quick. Everyone arrived on the job at nearly same time. (Two lane roads only). ....13
Couple months ago we had to road 3 of our scrapers to another job. Only about 6-7 miles but pretty busy roads. One of the most fun times I've ever had in a scraper. 3 Cat 631g's in a convoy gets some attention. Great video keep em coming
Hell your in my back yard lol. I tend the hay on the farm with the nice fence. Several big ponds on that farm. None of them had been maintained before he bought it. He's spent a pile cleaning it up and fixing them but it's beautiful back in there now.
@letsdig18 This is the best hands down video that made me had to pause the video for laughing uncontrollably! Thanks bro for the awesome early birthday laughs!
Probably a good trip for that truck. Got all the fluids a lubricants warm and flushed around. Knock some of the dirt out of the brakes and clear the injectors. Plus got to hear you humming the theme song to Smokey and the Bandit.
Longest wheeling job to job so far for me, Volvo L180c 75 miles /120km, took quite some time. Got quite some looks, 3.35m (aprox 10ft) wide bucket. /cheers from Sweden.
we road our off road trucks and front loaders to different jobs all the time here in Michigan. just takes awhile, furthest I've gone in a loader was about 30 miles took me somewhere around 3 hours, at a max speed of 15 mph
We call it a Texas Transit here. If it has rubber tires hell or even rubber tracks we'll drive it on the road. Graders, loaders and backhoe are common along with ag tractors with mowing implements. But I've seen Scrapers, mini track loaders, excavators Skid steers run on the roads around here.
I trammed a 992 G Cat down a back country road an it started galloping out of control. Long story short my company had to replace 6 mail boxes. I would do it all over again, it was a rush. Love your videos you did a great job.👍
Bernard Lewer, ,KID Im not sure who the hell you think you are but, I've been on a surface mine for almost 20 years. That was my job to move it over to another town stupid. Check the facts before you go to running your pie hole. The 992 is as large as some peoples house. Wow you obviously know nothing of what you speak on.
I`m a retired Florida Highway Patrol Officer, that`s a no no, but I don`t blame you, I would have done the same thing. I can here some kid getting in trouble with his mom for lying, saying ( mom, I just saw a big yellow Tonka truck going down the highway). LOL.
Whom is watching in 2021 and laughed @2:48 . When Chris seen the man with a mask on in the car.
Cracked me up
Should have swung through a McDonald’s drive through. They would look out the window and see only tire.
...or center of the wheel hub, maybe.
..and Super Size that mam !
Wouldnt make it past the 9 ft sign.
@@cathiwim What 9 ft sign? 😅
@@thomashenden71 that one mashed up on your grill...🤣🤣🤣
OMG I laughed all the way threw this video! Your like a kid with a new toy when your not in the excavator. Your enthusiasm and singing abilities kept us entertained!! 💞💞💞💞
These tires are round and we are gonna roll!
😂 😂 go head on Chris let her roll
Buford T. Justice: What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law.
And everything he videoed shall be used against him in a court of law. 😲😄
Doing what every person that will ever watch this video for all of eternity will want to do. I can't stop smiling.
Josh P iv done this 😇

Josh P in Germany my uncle had a few too many and drove his Army Issue tank through the town..

"No mailboxes were harmed while making this video."
I'm a retired truck driver and that was funny I have done that same thing before I liked you talking to your truck and the people on the road that was funny
Your Jake brake sound effects were on point 😂😂😂
The best Jake brake impersonation EVER right up there with my late father. 😄😄
Love it ! Kilometers for us up north! He had a mask on must have the bird flu! Keep em comin and cheers from the far north!
This guy has a great sense of humor.

Well, that's probably the one and only time Chris broke the law and it sure was an entertaining few minutes.
Nice to watch her on January 4th 2022.

GradyRho92 you can time the 0-30 with a sundial though. 😉
"These tires are round and this truck gonna roll"! Priceless. Just put a slow moving vehicle sign on it. :-)

Same song I sing every time I run a truck. I can tell u pull your hair out board to death running trucks
$400 for a low-boy versus over sized (& uninsured) haul truck, hmmm? Aw heck, go for it!
So enjoy your commentaries, laughing

Hammer down driver!! Scaring the citizens of your county, one car at a time...although most are thinking "oh good god! What's Chris up to now?" Lol

Every time I get in a rock truck, I sing that dam song to.
You're a Trip dude. Cool. Keep em smiling..
Gday

@letsdig18 This is the best hands down video that made me had to pause the video for laughing uncontrollably! Thanks bro for the awesome early birthday laughs!
You have waaaaay too much fun at work hahaha
A rock truck going down the road ??? That’s something you hardly ever see lmao 😎
I like so much this kind of "damn thing". Very comfortable!
Like a little kid playing with his truck in a sandbox !
You're hardly old enough to remember that movie and song!! I bet that could be a hefty ticket...
Probably a good trip for that truck. Got all the fluids a lubricants warm and flushed around. Knock some of the dirt out of the brakes and clear the injectors. Plus got to hear you humming the theme song to Smokey and the Bandit.

Great video Chris thanks for sharing this video is halaris
I see the wood chip haulers are just as crazy as the ones here near Canada.
It always feels like it’s taking forever when you don’t know if your riding legal or not
I just knew it. Chris is "Cledus". Better watch out for Smokey! That was so fun finding out you have a silly side. 😂🤣
Love the commentary!! Another great 👍🏼 one !!
Best video of yours so far, lol. This was hilarious.
Puts that Volvo hauler's size into perspective when your looking down on the semi's when you pass them.
That was hilarious lol

That was fun, Chris!👏👏😊
Good thing you don't have your company name on that truck, I bet there would have been a lot of Karens out there that would have called the police.
and to think I got hooked on Chris when he was just busting beaver dams
Thanks for the ride along love it
awesome damn video love all your videos Chris always entertaining thanks
If a combine can drive on the paved roads you surly can LOL
Should’ve put the excavator in the back lol 😂
Sounds like the jake brake is working well!
This is one of your best videos.
Awesome. I love it.
