Speed hiking up there = idiotic. Why would you go both up and down via Tengboche when there is a much more impressive high trail on the opposite side of the valley via Phortse? Go up that way and come down via Tengboche.
@@karipintakivi9153 speed hiking is all about keep lightweight your bagpack & move forward. We took the route which was taken by all trekkers because we don't have a guide so we don't wanna lost.
