I’m curious, I wonder what the average “years doing CrossFit” is for the individuals at the games. It’s easy to assume the athletes you haven’t heard of are “newer” to CrossFit but actually a lot of them have been doing it a super long time.
A happy athlete is a dangerous one. Because they aren’t in their own head. Everyone who is overthinking already lost the event.
