Birkat Hamazon/Bentching (Nusach Ari)

The Torah commands us to bless and thank Hashem after we finish a meal. This prayer is called 'Birkat HaMazon' or Bentching. It is actually the only blessing that is commanded in the Torah.
Follow along inside a bentcher or siddur, or just follow along the video as you thank Hashem for the delicious food you have just eaten.
