The clip has a little glare but you can still see them sitting there.

I believe you meant Saw not So. Usually drivers do not know bike laws for the state they are in. Usually someone who drives every where is fat and lazy and being behind a wheel is the only speed they experience in there life. They cant experience speed by biking or running. Cities should be more bike friendly and offer perks to cyclist. Unfortunately the more people who drive the more money goes into the pockets of large oil and gas companies. Welcome to America.
