    Amazing technique. I used this today while benching and was able to add 10 pounds more to the bar at my NLP

    Thanks I needed that about the thumb spacing. Been going too wide and not feeling it in my chest. This made a huge difference

    Sometimes when I bench I feel like the barbllel touch my chest and it's like it's help me more when it touch
    Like my chest are pushing also the weight
    Is it acceptable?????
