How are the 3/4 pound plates coming along? If there's any movement that needed the half pound resolution 3/4 pound plates provide (in a 4-pair pack along with The Strength Co 1.25 lb plates, of course) it's The Press™!
@@thestrengthco The 1.25s complement the four pairs of 0.75s. Together, you can do 0.5 lb steps from +4.0 pounds, and get +1.5, +2.5 and +3.0 increments as well. Without the 1.25s, you would need nine pairs of 0.75s and get full 0.5 lb coverage at +9.0 pounds (no way to make +8.5 lb). 1.25s are very useful here, 1 plate vs 5 plates!
Great explanation of the energy leak - got it!
Love this! Thank you Brodi!
I also learned press 2.0 from ss coach.
Good tips. Thanks 😉
Good stuff!
I do get an overextension low back because of the weight
Please how to stay just in extension????

We have it all ready to go but not in production, will need to seem some movement on the 1.25s

@@thestrengthco I have the 1.25s mainly for EZ Curl Bar weight increases. Can't think of any scenario where I would use 3/4 lb plates currently.
Push pressing can get tough on the knees.
Your trolling knows no ends
@@thestrengthco Being serious. Once in a great while my knees break and my body tells me immediately I should not do that.
