Thank you for a great tour. I am planning a June trip this year, won't miss Seward as we will be renting an RV.

Thank YOU for taking the time to watch this video! Our mistake travelling to Alaska was that we also chose June to travel there...the bears don't show up much at all until sometime in July when the Salmon run...otherwise...good time of the year!

So beautiful. We are planning a trip up there in May. I need to decide how long to spend in Seward and how many to spend in anchorage.

May could be a bit early...the bears wait until the salmon start their spawning runs, that's in July if I remember correctly...that's when bears are more visible to tourists! :-) May want to check to see what attractions are open that early! We went in June-Aug, wildfire smoke was in the air around Fairbanks/Denali. Seward's attractions are more than likely open (the sea aquarium, etc.). Good luck, enjoy! Bring a couple of good cameras with you! :-)

Are you from Colorado? I know it's in your name but I was wondering cause I am and I love Seward

I'm an old "Army Brat," who subsequently served in the USAF for 20 years, then settled in Colorado during last assignment to Lowry AFB. I've lived in Colorado since 1971, and also attended school at Lowry for a year prior to that. Hometown is in Upper Michigan (I'm a Yooper!). Thanks for checking out the video!

I currently live in Colorado...since 1971. Original from Upper Michigan...somewhat similar climate to Seward! :-)
