It happens way more than most people realize. There's literally people doing b00b massage asmr and hand job asmr without much hassle from yt. But if someone in your life is covertly trying to find ways to increase your need for them or redirect your pattern of life choices, then there's all kinds of awful stuff they might try. Also maybe consider longer videos. Normally it doesn't matter, but asmr is tricky cuz a lot of people filter "show only 20+ min vids" when they are looking for something to knock themself out.
