Banking ka jamana khatam hogaya...dont fell into the trap of coaching centers and prepare for banks. Opt for CGL or Pvt sector jobs instead
In which basis are you saying that? CGL takes almost two years nowadays for selection, it's a very complicated process right now whereas Banking Sector (Examination) is pretty transparent and the salary and perks are pretty good.
Salary and Perks pretty good?? then why the hell bankers are asking for wage revision. There is huge gap in salaries between pvt sector and banks or banks vs GoI...This is indirectly adding to inflation and low quality life of bankers
@@sujan4cs do you know which private sector jobs are paying more than Gov job or any Banker? 80 percent private sector jobs are underpaid for your information. Not everyone can be a data scientist, MBA, Software Engineer. And for your information wage revision came to consideration because the Gov jobs pay scale is being increased. And let me tell you one thing, Gov jobs(SSC) take a lot of time for selection whereas Banking jobs don't. You should not compare it to any MBA or Civil services.
