Theoretically you can if you have your team playing around you. Which sadly never happens in high ELO. As ADC you have exactly one role: Stay out of fights and do damage from safety. And then do tons of that too. But the problem is that adcs don't have the survivability or CC to start engages, same with supports. Eigher they don't have damage or survivability to start fights. The thing is that in SoloQ you need to basically BE the entire team. You need massive damage, massive durability and massive engage power to be able to carry games in SoloQ. Because if you get a good team all right, you have your spot and you play along that. But if you don't and that's mostly the case you are the only one that has to be able to stop a push or start fights on your own. And well, bruisers are just made for that. Adcs are too squishy and supports lack damage or survivability to do Eigher of that. And all of them lack mobility. A great wannabe ADC pick I love in low elos is kindred because with the item changes bruiser items are now absurdly strong on her. You Are tanky have massive damage, scale like crazy and can press a big fat unoreversecard if you want it because the enemy just wastes all their skillshots just for you to not die. And then your team can go in and win. But yeah adcs need to be played around and soloQ doesn't do that, soloQ is just a 40m FFA game

I've been having a ton of success with her recently in SoloQ because once you have 2-3 items you can basically one-shot anything remotely squishy, your R gives you easy teamfight damage and W keeps you safe. The only issue is her dogshit pre-6 laning phase where she has low range, low damage and almost 30-sec cd on one of her spells.

It may just be luck, but I find that due to her early power spikes (1 item on her is far more scary than 1 item on most other adcs) she can duel enemies even if she's a little behind, if you time her W correctly. I played a game the other day where the enemy Kai'sa started the game 4/0 due to a botched invade from my team. At 2 items I could duel her at 3~4 items just thanks to my burst. I mean you're probably right, but in my experience she's great even when you lose or go even in lane.
Every lane trick to get high elo : Toplane PRAY(Your useless unless your metaslave), Jungle outclass enemy jungle and make your lanes better, Midlane PRAY to your jungle, Adc win lane, Support win lane

Second, if your enemy team comp is unfavourable for you, you will have no choice but to play your onetrick and most likely lose. But say i one trick fiddlesticks and lilia. Fiddlesticks is great against squishier comps but weaker against tanky comps, while lilia has the exact opposite weaknesses and strengths. I wont have to worry about playing against an unfavourable matchup.
The average one trick is in average rank so mathamatically it doesnt help you climb, the advantages of onetricking or offset by its weakpoints. Instead the better option is a small champ pool of max 4-5 champs per role

Even if you know your champ perfectly, champioms have strict limitations and playing the same thing every game will lead you to losing LP from being banned out, counter picked, or ruining your team comp. Also one tricking doesnt mean you learn your champ perfectly because it doesnt make you improve at the champ that much better. Plus if your champ gets hard nerfed or reworked you go lose everything.
@@mozzy2968 nah, one tricking is an easy way to escape lower elos, you don't have to worry too much about comps or counters at least until platinum, i myself was an akali otp til i've finally reach diamond, the first two champions i've tried were pretty hard to get into, and a really weak point of an otp is thinking ''hey, this champion is weak so i can just run it down'' because as a low elo otp most of the times a lot of great champions look bad on the hands of both a really bad player against a really good mechanical player, but after the first two new champions it's a lot easier, and now you know one or two things really well, yeah, champions have weak points, and know you REALLY know to abuse this or play along with it anyway, what im trying to say is: people are so bad at platinum and under that if you at least know how to play your champion you probably won't even have to use your brain until high gold/low plat

These are trash picks for someone who wants to climb easily. You need thousends odd hours in order to master the champs you suggest. Until then you will drop elo. Nunu ex is a verh easy champion who has repeatable patterns that work almost every game and require little to no effort to pull off and sometimes win you the game on the spot. The only thing preventing you from doing that is seeing someone or hearing someone do it
Adc - Ezreal, Draven, Vayne are probably the best also avoid playing Kog'Maw Kalista and Zeri, Kog has no self peel Kalista and Zeri have been gutted. Support - Tresh, Nautilus, Leona are the strongest, avoid Sona(any other enchanter is better as sona has no cc besides her ult, so she can't defend herself most of the time) Jungle - Rengar, Graves, Reck'Sai, avoid Nidalee(too relient on hitting Q as if she misses Q she can't oneshot anyone) Top - Fiora, Riven, Irelia, Camille(the four horsewoman of the apocalyse themselves are crazy strong when one tricked as they are broken despite being undertuned most of the time as their ability effects are what make them strong) avoid Garen(yes he is a simple champion and no it's not just because of it but it also means that everyone knows what the champion does and how to fight it the more you climb the less effective he is at doing his job) Mid - Fizz, Akali, Zed, Yasuo/Yone(the more slippery champions thrive in the chaos of solo Queue making them effective at all levels of play) avoid Annie(yet again a really simple champion that becomes less effective the higher the elo)

What's more best? Have a 2-3 Champion pool on the same role or have atleast 1 each of 2-3 roles when climbing up on ranks?
