It’s so weird.. when you are fighting Eggman in his machines, besides the final battle, he is in his original outfit, but when you see him outside the machines, he is wearing his Adventure style clothing. Also, when he is in his adventure clothing, he is shaped like the old style. His mustache changes color with the styles too.
It's implied that this game is the " transition " between Classic and Modern. Sonic has his green eyes, and Eggman " changes " his clothes for the final battle.
Yes! Very happy to know that a Good Ending run exists of this game! You're the reason I know this game exists, and I LOVE this game so much! I also enjoy the time trial challenges this game has to offer, and the Puzzle Piece hunt, too. Has an "All Puzzle Pieces" run been considered? It might not be the greatest type of run since some stages might require two separate trips and whatnot, but given how there's barely any guides of this game at all, it would be nice to see someone play this game getting all the Puzzle Pieces.
