I was totally not feeling this look until you put on the clear wax and it just got better from there. I LOVE that it looks like metal patina. The cute stencils were icing on the cake!

I am typically not a fan of distressed furniture but this is so smooth and full of life without being “country”! So funny it came from Okarche as I loved driving through there on my way home to Enid from OKC. Love this!
Oooh! This table is so cool I’m not a blue person but with the green, it’s so pretty The gold, the stencils and the sanded edges all come together - it looks old but fresh! Gotta try those sea sponge rollers:) 🙏❣️

@@SabsRehabs ahhhh i see. I would be terrified that the TV was flying away or the furniture with strong wind and rain!! I guess it also depends on the weather were you live. I'm from South America (Buenos Aires) and we get tropical summers, so when the weather changes, it sometime rips off trees and all with the rain and wind. Having that lovely patio would be complicated. Btw, it's beautiful ❤️
The stencil was filled with a gilding wax, so it cures and hardens itself and does not need extra protection. If I were to apply a layer of clear wax after the stencil it would rub the gold gilding wax off.

Absolutely! I would use blue ask your base color and then use the sea foam roller for the gray and white to make clouds
Very cool table, the color remind me of a stone called azurite, it's marbled and about the same color. Love the gold stencils, perfect on the piece.

It's a covered patio, and we put a cover over the TV in bad weather.

I am in ❤ with this piece! I noticed that you put the wax on before the stencil. Do you have to add more to protect the stencil after?
