If you didn’t know, at 8:40, when it says “Here lies the seal of the Accursed Witch” it means that Hiachi/the monster in the first chapter broke the seal Sama/Witch had for 1000 years, the seal would make sure Sama doesn’t curse anyone to make them monsters, but Hiachi thought sama was her friend and once she broke the seal, Hiachi’s bloodline would be cursed until Sama dies.
