      To avoid premature aging drink at least 2 liters of water a day, keep your body hydrated always. One fruit daily is a must. No juice only whole fruit. Avoid junk food preserved food and oily food items. Walk daily half an hour. While wiping your face with towel don't rub harshly instead press gently with towel. Avoid chemical foods. Stressfree mind for a healthy heart. Healthy heart makes your appearance young. Don't use mobile except talking from morning 6 to 9. 7 hours peaceful sleep compulsory. Watch the little kids playing games or talk to them for half an hour. This makes our mind happy. These are the simple rules to follow.
      Avoid white sugar, tobacco and alcohol
