Great video as always! Could you maybe do a video on bulking/cutting with Hyrox? I really do not know whether it is smart to bulk/cut or just eat at around maintenance while training for Hyrox. You need calories for building strength and size but being too heavy makes running harder…
Thank you. I will add it to my list of topics to cover as there’s a few things to consider. But my overall advice is to make weight changes further from racing and eat at maintenance closer to competition.

Yeah I think has helped a bit with blood flow but definitely helps mentally. Test of will power and mood booster.
