Do you know what at least he’s honest about it has a sense of humour about it wearing the wig and has told everybody unlike Gene and Paul are continue to wear ridiculous weeks or whatever they are but they put port to the media it’s a real hair like changes all the time I still have hair on my head ..BS.. in 84 he hardly had anything on his head.. On stage, you can see scout through the stage on those movies his forehead was high..receded right back.. As for Paul the week he was wearing for those paid sound checks looks like a woman’s wig.. Has an interview on RUclips for Desmond Child’s induction Into something, and the interviewer says Paul you still have great hair and his wife standing next to him and look at her face. Was like ‘yeah right’.. Then Paul tried to pass it off by saying yes I use good shampoo and conditioner.. Caught out Paul he sounded stupid looks stupid why did he just say like a stick with a laugh look it’s a wig there’s no issue with trying to improve your appearance. I wonder if now the touring is over that will get away from those ridiculous offstage wigs and show us what they really look like. Back to this topic, two days to ice and respect for his honesty and humour, and he does look good
Sorry for some of the minced words above I do speak my text and I should’ve pre-proof read it before hitting the send button, but I think the gist of what I’m saying or my opinion ..again all the best Ace and his honesty and it makes him so much more real .. I first saw ace at VFL park Melbourne, Australia 1980 for the mighty unmasked tour when a helicopter flew them in for the sound check those who could cram to the gates surrounding the stadium to get a look onto the grounds and I remember him getting out of the helicopter in a pink suit. He was very skinny then Covering his face and to think he’s still going..today..is pretty cool
That's a wig, come on, I mean...Maybe she's glad Ace Wighley accepted the invitation to her show, but come on, no need to lie, he also say ''it's a wig'' and the gesture he made with his hands, hahaha.
Eddie Kramer used to choose an old theatre or a mansion to get ambience. I believe Love Gun was recorded in a theatre and mixed at Record Plant @ 8th street. Poul made his demo @ Electric Lady. If you hear "KISS Diaries" Poul is explaining how. Colgate Mansion was the place, Ace's 78 solo record was recorded at.
