Fort McMurray fire victims say builder didn’t deliver on promises

Several people who lost their homes in the Fort McMurray, Alta., fire of 2016 say the builder they hired didn’t deliver on promises about timelines, cost and quality. The builder denies any wrongdoing saying labour shortages and delayed payments from insurance companies put work behind schedule.
