The only thing I majorly disagree on is your choice during the second D5 clips. Leigh Anne’s belt was absolutely flawless there ✨ enjoyed the reaction regardless of that disagreement though
In the C5 u are wrong u said that ava did falsetto and leighn did the head voice, none of them did head voice there was too much air coming through, head voice is when the vocal cords come together and there’s no air coming through the sound, it supposed to sound full and thick cause theres good vocal closure while falsetto is the same a head voice but allowing more air coming through the vocal chords and not having so much vocal closure, the difference was that ava did it more like classical trained while leighn was more poppy sounding

I like Ava's timbre a little more - there is some vulnerability, softness in it, and if she sang ballads, it would definitely be tears. But from a technical point of view, Lee sings better live.

Both are talented but Leigh Anne is definitely the better the vocalist. People always use her tone against her but that’s subjective not talent. People think tone means more powerful or better technique but it doesn’t . No hate to Ava but Leigh Anne is more rounded . Can you check out Leigh’s performance of say a little prayer from capital close up. I think that’s her best vocal performance and it’s from 2023
