It's either too much air or the milk foam coming to the surface due to not being poured in the coffee soon enough after steaming. The biggest suggestion I have for you now is to pour the milk from higher up more gently in a thin stream to set your base (because the milk needs to pierce through the crema instead of disrupting it from lower heavier pouring). It's really scary to angle your cup even more (and I've spilled so many times) but after you set your canvas properly the pitcher really needs to dig in the coffee in order to make anything float on top. When you want to cut through the design you need to lift your pitcher up to create the thin stream again, that way it will create a nice cut through line instead of drag the whole design with it. All in all you're improving really really quickly and it's great to see
honestly way better than me that's for sure 😅 maybe maintain that vortex motion in milk frothing and dont aim the head to the edge of the pitcher or upward too much. it's probably why the milk got too foamy for latte art. good to see someone else practicing like i am :)
dont FROTH too much , ya literally did it for 90 seconds .try 50 to 60 next time and lift the pitcher at the end , these literally are the 2 things holdin ya back, nice try .
Me dormí hasta que me trajeron el cafe

is it because he spent way more time pushing air into the milk at the beginning? Should've dipped the steamer tip and created the vortex earlier?
@@bgdtlbrsyou should dip nozzle only half but he dip whole steam wand and also take too much time..
