    Ingredients :-
    200 Gm - Palak/Spinach
    1/2 Cup/100 Gm - Besan
    1/4 Cup - Semolina
    1 Cup/240 Ml - Water ( For adjust consistency)
    2 Tbsp - Coriander leaves
    1 - Onion
    1 - Tomato
    1/4 Tsp - Carom Seeds
    Salt to taste
    1/4 Tsp - Turmeric Powder
    1/4 Tsp - Pepper Powder
    1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
    2 - Green Chilli
    1 Inch - Ginger
    3-4 Garlic Cloves
    1/4 Tsp - Sesame Seeds
    1 Tbsp - Oil
    For Raita:-
    200gm- Fresh Yogurt/Thick Curd
    2 Tbsp - Carrot
    1 Small Onion
    1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
    1Small Tomato
    1 Green Chilli
    1/2 Tsp - Black Salt
    1/4 Tsp - Powder Sugar
    1/2 Tsp - Rosted Cumin Powder
