This offense is absolutely sustainable. The reason why is that the offensive line is becoming elite. When you have an elite offensive line and an elite quarterback you can do almost anything at any time.
They need a stud at WR desperately, it will get to a point better defenses will clamp these WRs, after Shakir none of em really matter & the first 3 teams we're all atrocious
@@jcZo23 Nah. Ed is correct here. They don't need a top receiver to continue doing what they are doing now. How are you going to gameplan to shut down the receiver who is not going to get the ball thrown to them? The reason the Bills' are very tough to game plan is because as soon as the DC figures which guy or guys to shut down, Josh will throw the ball to the other guys. That's the entire point of everyone eats. Gameplan against Shakir, and Cook, Kincaid, or Keon will eat. Gameplan against Kincaid (which is what I think they've been doing), and Shakir, Keon, of Cook will eat. etc. It doesn't matter who they game plan against. Josh throws it to the open guy, not the guy they game planned against. The reason I'm hyped about this 2024 squad over similar strong Bills' squads that started the season well, is that they have plays that are much less predicable (like Dorsey), so it's less likely that everyone will know the Bills' playbook by midseason. And both of the Bills coordinators have proven they can adjust quickly, which I don't think Dorsey, Frazier, and even Daboll were particularly good at.
I think the defense having practiced against Joe Brady's offense, and played against the Dolphins offense, they should be pretty okay against the window dressing of the Ravens
Another show said that if Von Miller makes his incentives this year it will count against next year's cap. My apologies if you got that far. I missed it. I was using the water pick while listening
The “ everyone eats “ concept is not new….. It’s what every team in the history of the game strive for….. it’s just right now they’re doing it better than anyone else….. and has improved the offense in efficiency …they were averaging 25 to 30 points a game without this concept…… this concept has added more fire power.. more cohesiveness, more aggressiveness, more determination in all units on the team When a team truly reaches that level ,and not many teams have, there is .potential for more growth… it has the potential to reach A whole new level., another dimension… they could be on a brink of a concept that goes beyond everyone eats…. This all came about because McDermott swallowed his pride and stepped down as DC… the players realized that, and all has follow his lead and swallowed their personal pride, and it shows with Josh particularly…. if Brady is imaginative and creative, and can improve on this concept., they may go undefeated.. If that happened, they would be the greatest team of all time . And it would be fitting for all their past failures… four lost Super Bowls, 13 second game lost., and all the injuries they have to sustain through the past two years. And one more thing, the defense is drastically improved as well as special teams, which makes the “everyone eats” much more viable
Matt you remind me of McDermott and his failures of the defense the past four years, playing fearful… thinking negative…. 21:45 Why would you not expect an amazing offense???? Why would you think that they would take a step backwards? I am optimistic . I still look to improve, and not just wait around for the defenses to catch up… that’s why it’s important to have a young mind in charge of the operation in Joe Brady.. I don’t expect him to become passive and just play with what they have and now know and do … I expect him to be even more creative, to show more imagination. And to go beyond where no man has gone before. Go Bills !!!
Don't we think a run heavy approach plays into the strengths of guys like Dorian, Rapp, and Damar? I expect some guys to throw their bodies around a little bit, even when the king is out there.
Yes, agree VonMiller shud earn dBonus coz he is already very highly SALARIED. Another thing, assign him to MAN2MAN KingDerek vs Ravens. Go,Sal & Bills!
I’m so tired of all the Bills best reporters being utterly milk toast on their takes for this game. The Bills are the team to beat, and the Ravens are a dysfunctional team dependent on their run game. They are a 1 dimensional team playing against a 3 dimensional team in our Bills. The Ravens have to play a perfect game AND hope the Bills make several mistakes for them to win. Have some balls guys.
It’s the NFL and the Bills are on the road and the Ravens were a top 5 team last year and it’s still early. You’re assuming a lot. No way to know how this game will go. I’m hoping the offensive and defensive line is so good now that this team will be a tough out in each game. This feels like the first real test of the season.
@@dfro2147 if they didn’t let the Cowboys get the score close in garbage time which happens then they would look a fine team. They were dominating that game on the road. Now you could say the cowboys are even worse, fair enough. It’s 3 games into the season, they barely lost against one of the best teams ever in the Chiefs. Dominated Dallas for most of that game. I get where you’re coming from but it’s way too early based on the facts to say what you’re saying. Of course I like Josh more than Lamar. I just don’t think this game will be easy at all. I do feel great about our lines though. I never trust any nfl road game.
Lamar has already passed his MVP Award. This season is Josh' turn to win It. This Test to beat Lamar, both in rush & throw,, n onTheRoad, SHALL PROBE JOSH TO IMPROVE HIS MVP BEST CHANCE. Bills 28, Ravens 27.
I see a lower scoring, tighter type of game. I expect the ravens to try to take the air out of the ball and mount long drives, and then just keep the bills in front of them defensively. They have the coaching and personnel to create that game. The bills have to make their possessions count.
How good was the bills offense the past three years?? Very very good ….u have to admit.. But they are now improved …. this offense has a new concept and still growing to full maturity …They are controlling the ball better …. They can score even more….. for a team to beat them, they will, have to outscore them, and have a tremendous offensive explosion…. unless of course, turnovers beat themselves
Can the bills sustain the every one eats concept and be successful at it? As long as Joe Brady remains creative and imaginative… and Josh Allen plays Under control… Therefore, yes, it is sustainable
c'mon... stefon has not been all cordial and complimentary about the situation and Josh since he left the team. I think both the local and national media were refreshingly 'over' the drama (until week 5, at least) and then that GQ article comes out where he's talking about how miserable he was, how no team wants to get rid of him, that HE intentionally 'shakes things up' in order to leave, blah blah blah. For the longest time the Diggs apologists would make the excuse for him showing up the franchise qb multiple times in very public displays as merely being 'hyper competitive' and 'just wanting to win,' etc. The team was winning everything when his role was decreased, and he was apparently in a horrible place. Showed his true colors. Josh was just speaking positively about the current team and it took a lot of squinting and twisting by the drama hungry clickbait talking heads to say 'maybe, possibly, this was a SHOT AT DIGGS!!!'
But Greg Rousseau is not Bruce Smith and never will be. Yes, he is good but let's know he will never dominate nor will any current Bills defensive lineman.

If the Bills needed to extend Cook for next season they would offer Cook 150% of what they are paying Samuel.
What the fuck is Samuel's problem? He looks like he has depression.
If it isn't sustainable for them to keep doing what they are doing offensively, Josh Allen will have to put the Superman Cape on again.
