Would you go into a sealed container for hours to give your body an oxygen boost that might improve your health?

Sounds like the benefits don’t warrant the unknown risk. If she didn’t do it, and no one on the video said as a first hand customer that it provided them clear, tangible benefits, seems like there isn’t much data to say it’s worth it.

I had an anxiety attack getting an MRI, so no, I won't be doing this. I also don't trust anyone enough to have them control the amount of air and pressure going into that tiny chamber.

Sit outside in the cold in your shorts and a t shirt in cold weather for 5 - 10 mins a day and you’ll recover faster

People always want a magic pill. Just eat clean, have low body fat, exercise daily, have a community and you'll leave long and strong.

100% all that matters is the fundamental and the community part and having good relationships is important and with yourself too!!

Low fat is unhealthy. Man should be 20 to 30% fat.

Those canisters showed up at a Walgreens near me - the box was empty in a week. This is just a fad, there's barely any research but people are to eager to drink from the fountain of youth.

This isn’t snake oil, a study was done by Tel Aviv university that shows increase in brain health, cellular repair and increase in telomere length.

    • @user-yl7kl7sl1g

Yes but not placebo controlled. Meditation alone increases cellular repair and telomere length, so to know if getting into a forty thousand dollar oxygen chamber is worth the money and the risk of exploding, compared to meditating for the same amount of time, a study would have to compare with a meditation group.
I'm not saying it doesn't have an effect. I'm just saying it's awfully convenient all of this science supporting industry products doesn't have placebo groups. Like Red light devices. They argue it's impossible to have a red light that's a placebo. It's not because you could have a red light with a negligible radiance or compare against a placebo skin cream.
Then again, maybe there's not enough money for more in depth research with bigger test pools. Hope Ai ignites economic growth to pay for more research until aging is cured.
