Use practice mode and ensure you’re getting the input correct as it’s more strict in tekken 8, the speed of the input is fast I had to increase my speed from tekken 7 more and as said above this comment practice is crucial do like a 5-10 min session daily
Thanks for this, I’m trying too step my combos up. Been doing pretty good online But losing rounds trying too figure out where I can keep my opponent guess, cause the mixup’s are fun too do especially when I catch a player off guard with it.
What controller do you use ? I’m a beginner tekken player and love hwoarangs kit so I’m choosing to main him to start. I’m not new to fighting games I’m high ranked in mk1 but think tekken is the superior fighter game and really want to get in to it . Any advice ?
Im on keyboard, but I know a lot of my friends are using ds5 controllers, check out on yt "Tekken 8 Easy Controller Setup for King" and map out your controller like the one in the video, also map your RP+LK with R3 as a heat burst input.
@@perccobain8374 only the controller setup where the left and right triggers maps the square+triangle and the x+circle input. the x+circle input is must for hwoa since his stance switch is viable to his play.
As a Hwoarang main on controller, a go to combo I have is back-3, spam 4, flowing claw. It’s the bread and butter that was shown like 3 times here. My personal advice is Hwoarang is pretty easy as long as you don’t confuse yourself with the stances. Stick to your fundamentals and you’ll get into orange ranks guaranteed🖤
I can not seem to get the pick up at the end of level 1 and 2. When I input the 3 ~ 4 it either just does 3 or it does it too late. I can’t seem to get the move to trigger at the right frame. It’ll either not read the full input or will only read it when it’s too late. Any advice?
You have to slide or roll your finger from 3 to 4. Think like pressing piano keys. Only the 3 is coming out because the 4 is not being pressed fast enough in sequence behind the 3.
The fact that he has Baek’s sting needle floors me 😮
Wano Sanji? I made that one and the Whole cake one for my Hworang, good taste
Yo same I also did base sanji and the best I can as rock lee
@@lordimax399 same for the rock Lee, too bad there wasn’t a close enough bowl cut besides Shaheen’s kinda
I rock a Sanji build and this is the only other one I've seen
The last 2 are great except a variation when theres no wall would be nice
After tornado, heat burst into
RFF > f3,F > f3,F (heat dash) > b3 or d/f4 or even wd3
Woah!

I'm too high,that health bar wasn't moving
Who nice ones. Too bad I suck at inputting the skyrocket
Practice makes perfect. I used to be unable to hit a perfect ewgf and now I can

@@SlaughterhouseJTV yeah I can do the move I just can’t get the timing into these strings
I can never get the 2nd uf 3+4 to hit
Hold forward after the first one to put yourself in the flamingo stance before you do it again
@@littlejesus100so you do cancel out 😂 im definitely gonna keep working that lv 6
