It took a coma, losing my left arm, and dying on the table twice causing minor brain damage for me to get clean. I don't even consider myself an addict now. When I came back to life my entire mind changed, now I don't even think about getting fucked up anymore. I think about Musashi and his works constantly. They helped me become a good man😁

@@EastHumbled Thank you! My life has gotten better since it happened. I now have met my 12 year old daughter who I never knew about thanks to her mother, and I finally feel like I have a purpose. Love is far more powerful than anyone thinks❤️😁

The second you truly believe that you have it right where you want it, it really has you.

I like this one, I like all the videos. These videos have helped me throughout my journey. The narrator’s voice makes it easy to listen to. Deep and calm. I’m sure it’s not the real voice, but excellent choice.

If not do u recomend one. If u dont have one maybe u could make one and help more people. Btw u have a good strong voice and and a strong spanish voice would be great too. Great job

Its been a while since I made progress with 1%, like months or so, after I watched your videos about Miyamoto Musashi's philosophy.
Though one thing bugs me, if discomfort makes growth. And I think 1% progress is not that discomfortable, is Kaizen wrong, or I got things wrong? (Though continous improvement brought me far, I just need clarity!)
