    The 1340 Evo has the best sounding idle of any harley engine ever made.

    To me, low end torque is what a Harley is all about, and whatever can be done to increase it is a cherry on top! 🐗🏁🏁🏁

    Yes sir that is a beautiful hog right ther , only that idle must come down another 100 rpm and she would really pop nicely and still give ya good oil psi

    Humberto, do you still have the 1992 Heritage? I've got a Teal and White 92 that is stock except for an S&S Super E Shorty. Wondering if I should go for the EV13 or the EV27.

      Hello, you have a great looking bike. I do still have the 92, but it is currently getting a 89" stroker paired with a baker 6 speed.... 13 vs 27.... This is always a question that comes with a lot of different answers. The 13 will provide low to mid power with the 27 providing mid to higher power. What is your riding style? I.E...Cruising, hot-rodding...

    Kinda funny when someone does a performance upgrade but has drag pipes..

    How have you found the , Ev 13 cam performance wise ? Have just installed same cam in my 87 electraglide sport , nice bike and Thankyou for the video .

    • @MaldonadosGarage
      @MaldonadosGarage  5 лет назад +2

      Performance wise I like it. It gets you moving pretty, quick from feet up.. I am not really a racer, but it gets it and goes. I have a 27 in a 96 and I can tell the difference.. 27 picks up later, but its a good cam also. Thank you, I am happy to hear it helped.

    So what’s the difference from ev 13 and the 27?

    • @MaldonadosGarage
      @MaldonadosGarage  5 лет назад

      I cannot speak from experience with the 27, but what I understand or hear that it is a good for mid and high rpm, but not so much for low.
      The 13 is good for heavier bikes, gets more torque at low and mid in order to get them moving along. I like it on my Heritage, not heavy, but still gets up and moves.
      There are many people out there with experience with both, maybe some will chime in here.
      Are you considering one of the two for your ride? What do you ride?

    before and after ?? noise specs? How about, oh i don't know, performance numbers- you know; 0 to 60 or a throttle roll test at 50 mph ? I know- these are silly details cuz 'we all know' it's really all about waking up the fucking neighbors.

    • @MaldonadosGarage
      @MaldonadosGarage  5 лет назад

      Guess I am failing, no specs on the dyno for you all. Interested in knowing how many of you all dyno after installs.
      It gets up and goes on the low to mid range of RPM. My inner primary seal seems to need replacement, get a nice puddle when she warms up and tracked it down to the inner primary or at least behind it. Another video to coming soon. Once the leak is gone I will makes some videos on what you mentioned, I appreciate your feedback and appreciate you taking some time to check out the video. Yeah, not sure the neighbors like my EVOs :) Hope you have a great 1!

      @@MaldonadosGarage i wan't asking for dyno numbers but appreciate the reply. I just bought an EV27. I already got the K&Ns on my Super E and I'm ready to jet when I need to right after the install. Trying to get over the 70HP hump at about 3500-4000RPM. I just need something for passing without get run over by a Honda Civic. Thanks again- ride safe.
