The media acting like the Celtics have a bad record they will be fine
I think it’s just the fact that over their past 17 games they almost have more losses than wins. But yea I wouldn’t panic about it.

Slumps happen. They're not focused right now. I suspect after the all star break they will be back to form. People are naive if they think a top team like the Celtics just randomly decided to fall off midway through the season coming off a championship.

There's a Celtics lineup that worked well for them when Porzingis was out n now he's back Mazzulla gotta make better adjustments but the shot selections and too much emphasis on 3's attempts is a problem.
Literally the strategy that won the championship last year.
There's a huge difference in their FG% from last year and they're taking even more 3's attempts this year. It's not the same. They were also pushing the ball down more n playing a lot faster last year getting easy pts.

Why is Malika there
I think the Cs will be fine, but teams can always improve and this is a great time to work though their issues and find a way to be dominant more consistently. I don't they should make a trade unless its someone on a good cheap contract. Walker Kessler for picks and maybe Jordan Walsh or a young player Ainge might want would be a good one. With him they couldnt play 5 out but they dont always need to play for high volume 3s. Kessler would shut down the paint defensively and provide great offensive rebounding. He would be very useful vs teams like the Thunder or Cavs who have multiple high level bigmen. Against Jarrett Allen/Mobley or Hartenstien/Holmgren on the floor together, I think Kp/Kessler would be a good move for the Cs. Having 4 who can shoot 3s, Tatum, Brown and White who can drive for bucket, plus an elite rebounder and defender like Kessler, that would be an extremely strong counter. I have no idea is Kessler is obtainable, im sure other playoff teams could offer better than the Cs too without breaking up their rotations, but who knows, maybe they could work a deal.
Celtics are a good team. The chip torch will be passed based on ticket sales, popularity and etc.
