Vintage Cheggers, diving in to rescue the outstandingly calm-under-pressure Marsha from the hecklers, cleverly drawing her back into the discussion to agree with the question and swiftly returning to the studio. And all this with a mouthful of food, in the rain. What a pro. I think he may have improvised Marsha's question as well, because I am sure that - like all of us - she wanted to ask which member of the band usually took the lead in exploring opportunities offered by modern programmable units such as the Synclavier and if the reputed variable latency on that machine caused any difficulties necessitating the use of an oscilloscope when producing their new single, People Are People. Killer percussion on that one.
Johnny, I'll tell you where I am at this exact moment. I still don't own a Fairlight, but I do own virtually every other classic synth including a Jupiter 8, Pro 5 and Polysix. I've also got a novel out, called "Cover Stories" in which I "remix" classic songs as short stories. Feel free to buy it at coverstoriesbook.com. There, that's the plug done, that's where I am now!
MrLee2e I realize this comment is many months old but those songs were written by Alan Wilder not Andrew Fletcher. Alan Wilder also wrote leave it in your memory which was a B-side, and I believe a few others as b-sides. Plus he performed Beethovan's Moonlight Sonata as a solo piano piece on one of the CD singles
I WANNA CALL DEPECHE MODE
Of course it is Alan. He is just being modest.
I'd have thought Dave.
I cried at the "me and you Marcia", just- argh
I wish I was alive in the 80s
0:42 is the answer of Marsha' s question hahahha
Marsha's adorable😆
Love that they were like 2 and a half albums into their dark heavy turn and they're still being treated like a boy band

"Which member of the band usually gets all the girls?" No, really don't think it's Fletch lol
Blubelly Marmouzig lol, its dave and we know it lol
@Gorgeous George I'm agree XD
@@pilarlopez9100 But honestly out of all the band members, I think Fletch had the most mature looks.
Of all the guys I would've thought it would've been either Dave or Alan that gets all the girls.
Alan my boy❤
Lol, oh dear. It's the Depeche Mode Hotline! I could make some more jokes about this, but I won't. :D

True. Fairlight was (and still IS) pretty expensive to own.
