I don't agree with Greg Olsen. Yes, you can find NBA athletes that can be trained to play football, but they would be competing against athletes that are just as good, but have been training in the sport for years. That is the difference. If the NBA athletes were competing against freshmen in college with limited training and technique development, they would not earn a roster spot.
But there are many examples of basketball guys (not even nba level guys) moving to the NFL with little to no football experience
@@MartinNeal_ There are not "many" examples, just a few. and they all play TE or DE. Those are the positions that most align with the size and athletic ability needed. All this talk about NBA players being able to play WR or DB is just foolish.
@@MikeJones-ne1og How many NFL players have you had moving to NBA?
@@wenlisman Not sure I exactly understand your question, but if you're asking me how many NBA players I think could make the transition to the NFL and make the roster, I would guess there are about 3-5 guys that could do it.
@@MikeJones-ne1og No, how many have done it? How wasn't I being clear?
The fact is that they have ruined the game because of the way they cheat on their dribble....Their arms are too long.....Their hands are too big.....Their legs are too long.....And their feet too big to be able to legally dribble a basketball and perform.....
