This does not look good at all. The acting is bad. The pacing is too fast, so you don’t even get a chance to digest what they are saying. It’s like a show you’d see on Nickelodeon.

There were some questionable editing issues throughout the movie. I agree with that. But the pacing of the conversations is very Spanish, with a lot of quips. I don't think that is bad. It reminds me of the pace of talking in Gilmore girls...a lot of info quickly delivered with sarcasm that can be quickly missed. I like that. It gets a bit lost in translation here. Things yhe sound cool in Spanish come off as cheesy in English. That's just part of the experience of watching ies in other languages.
