    A short description in the description help viewers for recapitulation!
    Summary:
    1. Clean & quick wash flatten rice & set aside
    2. Shallow Fry following in batches & keep aside ;
    - Raisins
    - Cashu Nuts
    - Pea Nuts
    - ½" Diced Potato with salt
    3. Tamper Following in white oil & ghee combination :
    - Bay Leaves
    - Cumin Seeds
    - Grated Ginger (½TSF)
    - Termeric Powder (¼ TSF)
    4. Add following in sequence:
    - washed flatten rice followed by Salt & Sugar to taste and to be absorbed.
    - Potato pieces
    - Nuts
    - raisins
    5. Keep in standing position for 5 minutes after adding ghee (1TSF) before serving.
    N.B. Can sprinkle freshly grind Black Papper on Top, based on individual taste.
