I have some thoughts on this build. First of all it is clean af and I can see you have put a lot of thought into building it. I also liked that the GPU was bought second hand rather than brand new, you made the right choice there. There is only one thing that I would change with your build and that is the PSU (power supply). The one you have is really good, but your GPU doesn't pull out heaps of power, unlike a 4080 or 4090. So you really don't need more than a 850w 80+ Gold rated power supply, you could have saved tons of money on that. Other than that the build is completely fine. Congrats!
thanks for the insights bro ☁️ honestly i just wanted to make sure that the psu won’t be the source of any problems this being my first build and reading how 3080 is not as power efficient as the 40xx gen. at least now i have a powerful psu for future upgrades 🙌🏼
pretty sick, this is my firs ever PC built vid lol i always wondered but figured it was too hard for my slow ass, thanks for making it seem ma simple. nice build too
fantastic first build 🙏 ive been waiting most of primary school and some of hs and im abt to build mine in the near future btw ton respect for the black gpu even in a white build the fact its second hand as well mad respect performance > aesthetic but somehow ur build is also aesthetic asf me personally would stay away from spending $$$$ for white gpu seeing as u did the same gj
thanks so much man 🙏😮💨 have fun building yours! i’m honestly really vibin with the dark gray gpu in a white build, especially since there’s always black on mbu - it feels more interesting and the white pops more thanks to the contrast ☁️
If I see correctly the back fan is mounted as intake. Now its not really a big issue but like its more of a good practice (and it looks better ) to invert it so it sends the warm air out from the case and also invert the aio fans to become intakes (i know they wont look as good and as an alternative you could look up on the internet for some inverted fans, which have the blades inverted, therefore they look like they are not intakes but actually are, idk if Ive explained good enough :) but this step is not necessarely a must as it might not affect the performance or temperatures as much, even if the fans are not intakes because you have 3 fans pulling in air from the bottom). Therefore you'll have the bottom and the aio fans as intakes and top and back fans to push the air out. Other than that its a very clean build and as a first one you did quite good
You should flip the AIO fan to intake and close the front TG panel tho :). Also, the GPU is a little sag, a vga support would help, I believe your GPU come with one.
I love the build but I suggest you to buy a support for your gpu because the rtx 3080 suprim is pretty heavy and having a gpu who bend is bad ( and a support is like 10 bucks on amazon ).
hello I was amazed with your pc build, I was wondering how did you control the icd screen on your aio and the rgb on your ram? is it because of the motherboard headers and then using the software of the components like nzxt cam and Icue from corsair? please any response is welcome !!! The reason I ask is because I'm installing lian li fans but a nzxt air but without the nzxt controller so am I able to change the GIF (image) through the motherboard then on the software? thank you for your time!!!
i have a nzxt controller that came with the aio which i use to control all of it's settings and change the gif - i have an asus motherboard and i don't think i saw the option to change the gif through there - i'm pretty sure you need the manufacturer's software for that. as for the ram, i can control it without any issues through the asus (motherboard) software. so, in conclusion, you probably need a controller to change the gif, but the rgb should be manageable through the motherboard's software. hope this helps!
cause i always had good experience with nvidia and none with amd and wanted to go with something i know for my first build, also found this gpu and really liked it and got it for a really good price second hand ☁️ why are you asking? are you planning on building your own?
@@yukiboy33 AMD tends to have better price to performance ratios, and thats coming from a previous RTX user. (Due to its higher vram than Nvidia) I have already built my own and came to like it. Thats all.
Hey man, cool video! I also do UX and UI design. I'm looking to buy a new monitor, what monitor do you have? And which one do you recommend to buy for UX/UI design and gaming?
hey man, thanks 🙏 cool! i have mi 2k 27” gaming monitor and it works great, before that I had an msi monitor with 165hz but after 2 years (marking the end of the guarantee) the panel started showing white veritcal lines randomly and my other msi monitor just died so i’m not sure about them anymore. i always try to find something with 100% srgb or more and then add the fastest refresh rate not going lower than 2k resolution
The last few i5 600k are very very good and it’s quite hard to bottleneck the gpu (even 3080-4080) with them. I think a better choice (yours isn’t terrible don’t worry) would have been the i5 with a z mobo so you could overclock in case you actually need more power (unlikely but idk about video editing) so you are in the same price range or save a bit and just go with a 13-14600k(f) same mobo. Honestly the performance aren’t different at all when it comes to gaming.
Can you do a video on the ledge displays you got on the wall by the corner. I am looking to do something similar and would be appreciated if you could show me or guides me to the links to the products. Cheers.
thanks bro 🙏 i’d start with the size of the case (for me it was very important), then decide on the gpu and cpu according to your budget and the results you want to achieve (check which gpu tier - xx60, xx70, xx80, will give you the resolution and fps you want to achieve). Use pcpartpicker to ensure that your parts will work together, choose mbu size and specs so that it can accommodate other parts and if you want wifi for example. add ram, ssd and case fans. that’s the basics to cover ☁️

PC looks amazing man! Really nice build. Now you can check for upgrades like a new monitor with more Hz
thanks man, for sure i will
For the best cooling I suggest make aio as intake so it will take fresh air, then change your rear fan as exhaust not as intake
Iv’e tried both intake and exhaust on my aio, but works best as exhaust imo.
the mosey banger at the end was key ❤
