    Biggest bowl I have seen turned! Great grain, too. I surely would appreciate Brad's products: The abrasive paste, the tung was and tung honey. Brad's workbench is marvelous!

    Brad’s Workbench. The double feather and size of the blank make this absolutely stunning. I love cutting and turning blanks for the feather. Also, good choice of where you trimmed the edge of the blank to make the final natural edge. Thank you Hayden for sharing such a beautiful elm blank.

    Oh my… I forgot my comment earlier. Very nice piece. Really like the grain pattern where all three branches intertwine. Also a big plus with the live edge. Oh and the Monster Size! Brad’s Workbench 😊

    Thank you for explaining the use of sanding sealer before adding AC glue to fill cracks. Also helpful was your explanation of the use of denatured alcohol.
    By the way. The bowl is amazing.

      Thanks! This was my biggest, too. I have a larger piece of Pecan in the works now (started off at 27" diameter). Got it rough turned and now in the kiln.

    Brad’s workbench. Just curious - have you tried just using glue in the cracks and then a quick sanding - it will makes saw dust to cover the crack automatically and not need to use all of the CA. I prefer doing that over the ca.

    Nice work. I couldn’t find it anywhere but what brand/model of face shield/respirator are you running? I have something that works but it’s heavy and clunky and I’m looking for something better. Thanks!
