He’s basically running a nonprofit staffing agency? I’m interested to see the articles of incorporation and the legal premise of this organization - A contractual comparison between a for profit staffing agency versus a nonprofit staffing organization.
This would be a very interesting study!

That's an interesting way of putting it -- but not just paid jobs, but also volunteer opportunities and events (take a look at their site). These types of nonprofits are called clearinghouses or hubs!
