Why did you set your WAN1 port of router TL-480T with an IP public and static address?

I want to connect TWO 4g LTE routers from lan port to load balancing router, my purpose for this is to do live streaming on RUclips, for which I need high upload speed, but will load balancing router can do 2 channel bonding (merge 2 LTE routers upload speed and give it in 1high speed) ????
if the system allows only internet to added mac ids. is there a way for guest to connect
if the ISP router is issuing DHCP, Do I lose connectivity on the WAN port at any given time? let's say when the lease time is exceeded.
in DHCP ip address will change so lease time renew auto for new IP address so connection will not lose on WAN
How make a bonding with this router?
how long does it take to failover, please? How can I make failover time less than 3 secs
I have on leased line and bsnl broadbroad in my office. Can I configure this device in the place of firewall? Shall I use this device as gateway for all systems in lan? (As my office firewall is not switching on)

No this is only wired load balancer router. you can check similar router with wifi in official website if they provide
Configured the WAN1 - but internet is not working via this TPLINK
you have to define in Policy which WAN should work primary and which one for backup failover

This is load balancer router , you need bandwidth management router to create client username and password for login

my TL R480T+ router shows Kbps (100-100000) upstream and downstream while yours show Kbps (100-1000000) . how is that possible?
It is a maximum limit or upload and download

@@TechTricksZone I dont know what i am doing wrong but 1000000kbps gives me 1000mbps. What is your firmware version? I know it should be 100mbps
