Nice video. That Pork looked amazing! People who hate on pellet smokers just don’t know how to maximize and take advantage of the technology. I just got the 2021 1150 pro series model of this with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and added the smoke tube with half pellets and half wood chips and wow! Taste just as good if not better than my $1100 steel offset stick burner. Trust me try it. Also put your meat on the right side near the smoke outlet. Your meat will get way smokier on that side as the smoke has to sit in that part of the area to escape the smoke stack . And I throw my smoke tube on the left side so it travels to the right towards the meat. Works great for me! Have had amazing results! I got two 3 hour sessions of the tube. After the first 3 hours let it cool dow refill it and light it then your good to go for another 3 hours of strong smoke.
Appreciate the tip! I will definitely try putting the meat near the smoke stack next time. I wish I had the Bluetooth/WiFi on mine I bet that comes in pretty handy. Thanks so much for watching!
