Yep. "You've got the heart of a star" - sounds just like Liam to me. I think it's about multiple things, though, honestly.
I interpret it as about their older brother Paul, hence the line “why the light never hit you”, because he’s often ignored to the point where most people don’t even know he exists.
Possibly about Paul Gallagher?
