@@debarjundutta8912 I agree with you. Punjabi, Haryanvi and dialects spoken in Delhi lack the sweetness that we Bengalis expect and are habituated, and thus these people come across as rude. In reality they are not rude or bad humans just that their language and tone is not euphonious.

Please give respect to vendors whether in India or any other countries I felt like you're rude to them.
She is not rude. Basically when Punjabi or Haryana people speak it sounds rough and very rude to the ear. It is not a sweet language like other languages.

Punjabis on both sides either in india or pakistan have this kind of tone it doesn't mean that they are rude but it's their normal way of speaking but sounds rough to others.

Next time you should visit Cox's Bazar, saint Martin island, Bandarban, sajek vally,khagrachari, Rajshahi.
Actually,we also called the river Brahmaputra but that once main stream became smaller after earthquake around 1800, jamuna became mainstream now.
