Scott LePage, Per Nilsson and Brandon Ellis have some of the sexiest ‘feel’ for how to phrase their passages.
@@YungBoiWetDream All three of them are indeed stellar players my brother! For me, Brandon just has the edge over everybody else as his phrasing is SO expressive and tasteful that I find myself listening to his passages over and over again, all of the time!

Agreed.
Brandon has the virtuoso shred abilities of the greats from the 80's. His vibrato and bends are so incredible. He's my favorite of the new shredders because he is so melodic. I love Jeff Loomis too and he is a freaking beast. Would love to hear them collaborate.

It's so sad that amazing players like Brandon don't get the recognition they deserve and you got boring ass players like Tim henson and ichika nito being more popular for some weird ass reason even tho their music 1. Sucks, 2. Their guitar playing is so generic, everyone already knows what its going to sound like.
Keep it up brandon, keep on creating real quality music!
Honestly, those players are amazing. Personally, I agree with you and hate their playing style, but they've basically changed guitar in recent years. Brandon is still one of my favorites of all time, but players like Henson are new and innovative.

@AtomicMeatballGuitar To be fair he overdubs and heavily edits everything he posts and it all sounds exactly the same. His technique is innovative but he can only do one thing with it.
