Honestly, Throughout all Five Seasons, I liked the moments that Steve had with DJ, Max, Tommy, and Jackson. As I was watching it, I found them to be such a cute little family. He was a great father figure to her kids. That was what won me over between Steve and Matt. Matt always seemed like a cool uncle.

It is going to be extremely disappointing if nothing comes out of this discovery, and they just continue to settle with their significant other at the moment. Steve and DJ have too much love and chemistry to pass up & not be together. DJ and Matt's relationship just doesnt have depth for me, almost seems pretentious even. I agree. I think Steve will either run off on the big day or say the wrong name. Or maybe something will happen at the bachelor/bachelorette parties where Steve and/or DJ get drunk and confess their feelings to the other guests? All kinds of stuff can happen. I could just be biased but I just don't see this wedding happening as planned with all these hints about DJ and steves connection, doubts about Matt etc.

If they keep trying to come back to each other there is a reason for it .
