I think his torso bends okay.
I didn't know about the Mondo figures separating around the torso area.

Mine had his torso separated from legs right out box 😭. This is a common issue with Mondo. Waiting for return

That happened to my Batman Redux figure from Mondo. But I thought it was okay.
