What a great time we are in at the moment for Wicked!! The show is still really strong with some superb leads, Alyssa leading on Broadway, MK as her standby. A new golden era for the show.
Who needs Internet Broadway Database when this RUclips channel keeps me updated on "Wicked!?" I haven't really been paying attention to "Wicked" lately with new buzz abounding ("Shucked" anyone?") but this clip SCHOOLED ME!!!! My love for "Wicked" is renewed and this Alyssa Fox is amaze-balls!
Guys this audio sucks lmaoooo...it doesn't even capture 5% of the power Alyssa had during this song. This was the best Elphaba vocal performance I've seen since...probably the last time I saw Alyssa in 2016 lmfao. She's god tier.
This was my Elphaba at my first ever Broadway show, first time seeing Wicked :D Last summer when she was u/s. Was a great start to the trip, just a few hours after getting off the plane.
Alyssa is a tie at my #1 and I’m so glad she’s getting to keep most riffs. But I just got incredibly sad for my other #1 they made Jessica Vosk get rid of them by Broadway 😢

Why do they care if she does the riffs.... if the audience wants the riffs we should get it WE PAY FOR IT!

Omg you hear her try to slow down and stretch out on “everyone deserves…” like she used to do on tour and the orchestra doesn’t follow 😩

So like I enjoy every Elphaba regardless of riffs, but the Eden “how I” bit is a shortcut to my favorites list
