As native Russian language speaker, I can say: it seems to be war variation of child "city folklore song", in original filled by funny semi-abusive omissions. Like "I don't give a fu... I don't give a fu... I don't give a full bag of candys, my little brother. Lick my pi... Lick my pi... Lick my peanut butter sandwich". Here it is In the end of this version, other part is about love, marriage, Termez, vodka and helicopters.

Also as a native, I can say I have never heard a child version of this song. I’ve heard the civilian countryside version of this folk song, which was just about love from female perspective, and also the Napoleonic version named «Ах, уехал на манёвры».
