I like this video because it shows how fast they can take of from a standstill. My mother fell and broke her hip because of a bus that took off as fast as the one at 0:25 and this clearly shows that even someone surefooted would be jarred by a bus taking off like that before they even had a chance to get to a seat and possibly even fall if they didn't fast enough reflexes to grab onto to something very quickly, assuming they'd be strong enough to hold on once they did.
