The Mt Kenya one was at Lenana, the third highest summit. The two highest summits are very technical climbs that only a few people per year complete. The Lenana summit is accessed by trail although it usually takes a few days to get there.
I love watching you because you get so excited and enthusiastic about geoguessr and geography in general. It's really infectious and uplifting to watch!
On the Philippines round where you guessed Zla Kolata i got some big nostalgia because i went to Zla Kolata 7 months ago man, it takes 1 great video to bring you back..
I completely bombed at these challenges but it was awesome to see the variety of landscapes nonetheless. I had no idea there was anywhere in Brazil that looked like... that. 🤯
Great video! You could tell the Iceland highpoint wasn't Norway, because Norway's highest point, Galdhøpiggen, is very touristy. It can be summited via a modest six kilometer hiking trail that only climbs some 600 meters of altitude. Hundreds of people visit every day in summer, and there's even a kiosk on the top selling hot dogs and postcards.
I've definitely heard of a lot of folks from Kosovo who have names starting with Xh... look up people like Xherdan Shaquiri and Granit Xhaka, both of whom are Swiss soccer players but their families are from Kosovo and their names have roots there. Nice guess on that round (region wise, I know it wasn't actually Kosovo lol)
Arber Xhekaj too a hockey player that has a father from Albania (fun fact he's the only NHL player with his last name starting with an X). Xh definitely common in this part of the world
Mount Roraima is actually the highest point of Guyana, not Brazil (Brazil is only the 5th) Brazil highest point is the Neblina peak at the border with Venezuela in Amazonas state, highest point east of Andes. Deep in the Amazon, it was only discovered in the 50s Top 2-4 points are on the coastal mountains in the Southeast

Great video! Just a tip for the Bangladesh round, the photographer's name is apparently Bengali, but yea that was a tough round.
Netherlands high point: ____________
nicely played!

For me first thing that came to mind with "xh" combination was Enver Hoxha
It's simple. In Albanian xh is pronounced like j in English. Xhemal is Jemal (or Jamal I guess). Xherri is Jerry like the mouse.
Yup Xhaka and Xherdan Shaqiri were the only reason i got that round right haha
Love this high point content!👍
I'm a mountain runner & I'd still score really low lol
Help us Mr Algorithm you’re our only hope
Really neat map. I’ve never heard of many of these so very cool for educational purposes.
These types of maps are so much more interesting than standard geoguessr to be honest
How did you get all of those rounds? This is so entertaining, I loved it
Thanks Marco! I've done a lot of research on high points for videos but I definitely surprised myself here

I'm pretty sure that the first round on the third game is Mount Chilliad in GTA V.
man, failed all the 50/50 guesses I had, but somehow i got both st lucia and Zimbabwe.
love the content
Thanks!
I called out Sri Lanka on the Bangladesh location and felt a certain level of guilt for you getting it wrong 😂
Are you from Schaumburg? I thought I saw you at Woodfield.
I am from Chicago haha haven't been to Woodfield in years
Bruh when you switched from the Desh to Sri i knew it was over. Nazmul is a very bengali name and Sri Lankans also tend to have darker skin.
If it helps; I thought it was a Sri Lankan name too.
🐐
netherlands high point lol
funny i got 14k in all 3 games lol
Is that your real voice?
No I stole my neighbor's vocal cords
