Im only 4 minutes in so there might be one of these already, but it would be pretty cool if they threw in a curve ball, like you think they're all colors but then there's no color on location 5 and it ends up being something totally obvious that you missed cause you figured it was colors
The only reason I've heard of Kennesaw is from buying .22lr and .410 inserts for a 26.5mm flare gun from a company called Kennesaw Cannon Co. I've only ever lived in Wisconsin and Illinois, and never been to Georgia except for connections at ATL.
Good on the others but you tanked on that last one. The Vietnamese monument commemorated the battle of Dien Bien Phu in 1954 where the Viet Minh defeated the French which resulted in France abandoning their colonial rule of the country. Watch the movie "Stalingrad" with Jude Law for a realistic portrayal of the pivotal battle of the European Theater of WWII. Russia would ferry fresh troops across the Volga (hence the later name when Stalin was disgraced) to the tiny strip of the city that they still held, and their average survival was 24 hours.
The moment I saw the church, I started screaming "Hamburg!!" into the monitor lol. Had a lovely vacation there couple years ago. Great videos, thank you for playing interesting maps!
"something went down here" describing Battle of Stalingrad... understatement of the century 😂
Yeah I'm not great with Russian history clearly 😅
@@ChicagoGeographer Didn't mean it as a dig. Great video as always!
@@ChicagoGeographer The battle of Stalingrad was the deadliest battle in all of history
@@ChicagoGeographer It was a World War 2 battle against that one big bad political party that took over Germany for like a decade
They are not just all battles, they are "turning points" or "decisive" battles in their respective wars. :-)
Yekaterinburg is waaaayy past moscow, so it wouldn't make sense if they were fighting the soviets there lol.
Thank you so much for playing and promoting these! Maybe we’ll see a second episode…
For sure! Always fun to play maps like these
"Aqq" is Greenlandic for street I think. Ive seen it in Greenland a lot. It might be an abbreviation or something but I'm not sure.
The themed maps are great! Would love to see more vids like this. Keep up the amazing work!

Yekaterinburg was Sverdlovsk. Stalingrad is famous because of the battle of stalingrad.
And you learned cyrillic as i see, nice
Wasn’t expecting to see you talking about Kennesaw today! Not often I see anyone even know about this place 😂 Great video as always
