Incubator Or Nest Box? How Do I Get Babies From Those Eggs

- I got 2 eggs from the cardboard box on NYE. But how to hatch those eggs. Then I bought an incubator hoping that works. I still left 1 egg to Lemon in a nest box to see in which way I can get a baby bird or 2.

G'day! We're from Australia with 3 native cockatiels.
Ana: Female, DOB 27/09/2020
Ana is a grey pearl cockatiel and she was bald as she was abused by her parents before she's 3 weeks old. She's timid and can be easily scared.
Lemon: Female, DOB 29/10/2020
Lemon is a pied lutino cockatiel with grey pattern on the right wing. Lemon is naughty and lively. She can't leave people even for one moment, she is unable to stay in the cage for too long.
Quishna: Male DOB 07/12/2020
Quishna is a pied lutino as well with grey pattern on the left wing. Quishna is the youngest one and he's smart and proud - never allow people to touch but he is gradually becoming the lead of the 3.
We live as a family, eat and play together!

I own two cockatiels named Mango and Moon. They are only three months old but already crazy 😂❤
If you take an egg away from her, you should give her a fake egg in it's place. If they're missing eggs sometimes they'll keep laying, which can be bad for their health.
He's had two nest boxes to encourage constant egg laying from his females. He also had somebody send their male to his house to try and get him to breed with the females without months of introduction first, blamed the stranger male's anxiety on not being hand raised even though he was terrified because he didn't know the other birds. It doesn't help that this guy constantly holds them by pinning their wings, so there are multiple reasons why his girls are laying an unhealthy amount of eggs all the time.
Thats true unless you keep feeding lemon lots nutrition rich foods, but you will have loads of eggs, and it might cause egg bound again, so stick to stevies idea 😅

I didn't have a wood nest, so I put a cardboard box, they laid 5 eggs, one of them didn't hach. 2 babies died, and there are 2 left. Nesting in the cardboard box 😂 I've changed the box several times,as they destroy them

I think the eggs will hatch this time since they are now in good conditions. But maybe take both eggs out and place the in the incubator so that the other one will also have better chances of hatching. Although please replace the egg(s) with fake ones so that Lemon doesn’t keep laying since that would be bad for her

His females have tried numerous times to hatch clutches of eggs despite both being mates of Quishna (the only male), so I doubt it. He seems obsessed with breeding his 'tiels, but his girls are laying so much that I'm worried for their health. I've seen a lot of videos from this channel and even though it looks like they're well cared for and they trust him a lot, his females seem to constantly be stressing themselves out with eggs that never hatch. This guy is not an experienced breeder and has no idea what he's doing, but is constantly trying to hatch chicks from two very overworked females.
I thought he posted a video saying he was going to remove the nest boxes because his females were stressing themselves out too much by sitting on eggs that never hatched over and over again. These girls seem to constantly be laying and it really is not good for them.
